How to access this feature:
A Pro or Global tier subscription is required to use multiple markets on Confect. You can change your current plan in Settings > Billing.

With the right subscription plan, you can use Confect across multiple of your markets (or different brands).

Markets in Confect means separate data sources and separate output catalogs.

Most commonly, Confect "markets" are used for companies advertising in different countries (i.e., British market = GBP prices, UK landing pages, and English language; German market = EUR prices, DE landing pages, and German language), but may also be used for companies with different sub-brands under the same entity.

Add your markets

The first thing you have to do is go to the "Markets" tab (under "Settings") and click "Add market" in the top right.

Name this market and choose the correct time zone (important for scheduling designs).

Once done, press "Create".

You can now repeat this process to get your desired number of markets.

Set the markets live

Once you've added all your markets, click on them individually to set them live.

Setting the markets live here does not instantly publish them to Meta or other channels - so there is no need to worry about unintentionally affecting the Meta setup through this page.

Your subscription plan determines the number of markets you can have live at one time.

Tips and tricks for multiple markets

Switching between markets

Once your account includes multiple markets, you will see a "Change account" button.

Clicking this takes you to an overview of all your markets, where you can pick the one you wish to edit.

Importing designs

Once you create a new market, it will be empty - you will need to upload the data source for this market, but you don't have to remake the designs from scratch.

Once you go into your new market and into the "Designs" tab, you can click "Import design" in the top right to create a copy of a design from another market.

If the design includes any country-specific information, such as manually written text in a particular language, make sure to edit this to fit the market you're currently working on.
